Starting compensation typically ranges between $30-40 (depending on experience - LSAT score, tutoring experience, law degree, etc.) with the ability to be raised to $50 with positive reviews from Prep For Success clients and retention of clients. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Compensation is paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">What is the hiring/training/onboarding process:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Application: complete the brief application at <a href=\"http://www.prepforsuccesstutors.com/jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.prepforsuccesstutors.com/jobs</a></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">1st round round interview: submit a 3-5 minute video teaching two LSAT practice problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">2nd round interview: schedule and complete a live video interview with a member of the hiring committee</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Onboarding: Get an acceptance letter (yay!) and complete the onboarding paperwork (ie. contract, direct deposit, etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Training: Complete the video training modules and then have a live mock tutoring lesson with a member of our hiring team so you get to practice and get feedback before your first lesson with a client.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Then delve into your first tutoring lesson! </span></li>\n</ul>",
