In addition, this position will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. Competitive wage structure, bonus incentives, advancement opportunities, robust wellness program that offers paid incentives, paid holidays and vacation, insurance/vacation/401K available 1st day of hire (inc. generous company match), employee referral bonus program, paid tuition programs, and many more benefits available.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</span></p><ul><li><span>Inspection, repair, installation and servicing of stationary and mobile equipment</span></li><li><span>Repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, cables, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, and air conditioners</span></li><li><span>Examine mechanical equipment to diagnose issues</span></li><li><span>Disassembles machinery and repairs or replaces broken parts</span></li><li><span>Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary, including cleaning and lubrication of parts</span></li><li><span>Inspects completed repairs</span></li><li><span>Requisitions new parts and equipment</span></li><li><span>Must be able to properly use Personal Protective Equipment, such as fall protection equipment, gloves, respirators, face shield, hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots</span></li><li><span>Able to properly use confined space equipment and follow procedures for entering confined spaces</span></li><li><span>Completion of any and all required documents and records</span></li><li><span>Other Duties as assigned</span></li></ul><p><span>Job Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>High School Diploma or GED;</span></li><li><span>5 or more years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required</span></li><li><span>Willing to work on-call/off-shift work</span></li><li><span>Heavy equipment experience a plus</span></li><li><span>Basic computer skills</span></li><li><span>Prior experience demonstrating effective leadership skills</span></li><li><span>Demonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic</span></li><li><span>Must successfully pass Journeyman Maintenance skills aptitude test to be considered for employment</span></li><li><span>Must successfully pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen to be considered for employment</span></li></ul>",
