Overview Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans, use data‑driven strategies to track progress, and adjust interventions to ensure each patient receives the most effective and personalized care. The salary range for this role is $69,000 - $84,000 per year. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisorOTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience with working with adolescent population Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered byfacility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
