This is a hands-on position focused on mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining properties while contributing to a professional and productive jobsite.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This role includes mowing, trimming, and edging—trimming/edging may be your primary duty on many days. Not every crew member mows daily. Mowing opportunities are based on route needs, experience, and performance.</span></p>\n<p>For certain routes (Rising View privatized military housing), some work locations require access to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Offutt Air Force Base</span>. Base access may require a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">government background check and contractor badge</span>.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mow, trim, and edge lawns with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Operate walk-behind, stand-on, and zero-turn mowers (as assigned)</li>\n<li>String trim (weed eat) around buildings, beds, fences, trees, and obstacles</li>\n<li>Edge sidewalks, curbs, and hardscape areas for a clean finished look</li>\n<li>Blow off hard surfaces and leave properties clean and professional</li>\n<li>Perform seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, debris clearing, etc.) as needed</li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance flower beds (weeding, mulching, trimming) as needed</li>\n<li>Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly</li>\n<li>Follow route plans, work efficiently, and communicate with your supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required</li>\n<li>Mowing candidates must have experience operating walk-behind, stand-on, and zero-turn mowers</li>\n<li>Commercial lawn care experience is highly preferred</li>\n<li>Experience using trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping tools is preferred</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>\n<li>Ability to lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods</li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Ability to qualify for a contractor badge to access Offutt Air Force Base (preferred / route-dependent)</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license is preferred (some roles require driving; some do not)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience and role assignment</li>\n<li>Advancement opportunities for high performers<br></li>\n<li>Bonus potential based on performance</li>\n<li>Health/Vision/Dental insurance options</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why U.S. Grounds Maintenance</span></p>\n<p>U.S. Grounds Maintenance is committed to quality work, team development, and long-term growth.
