If you are passionate about healthcare and have a track record of successful <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">start-up pharmacy operation</span>, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Pharmacist Responsibilities &amp; Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert advice and support on pharmaceutical and therapeutic issues</li>\n<li>Conduct regular assessments for pharmaceutical needs and recommend appropriate solutions</li>\n<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and trends, including new drugs and treatments</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions</li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver presentations to physicians, stakeholders and other key decision makers</li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of Clinic strategies and processes to improve the quality of our services</li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert in pharmacy management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Pharmacist Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed pharmacist </li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and therapies, including the latest developments and trends in the industry</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships </li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions</li>\n<li>Ability to deliver presentations and training sessions to a variety of audiences</li>\n<li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry</li>\n<li>Experience in successfully <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">starting-up</span> a pharmacy operation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Has manual and finger dexterity;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to speak and hear;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Has near visual acuity;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to speak English fluently;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Has color vision and depth perception;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Has full range of motion in back.</span></li>\n</ul>",
