    "description_html": "<p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p><p>The Event Coordinator is a high-visibility, client-facing role responsible for delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven food and beverage experience at an assigned location(s).  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.</p><p><b>Hours are Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00am - 2:00pm </b>with the opportunity for additional hours as determined by client or team need.</p><p>This role will be dedicated to a client site in South Irvine on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and travel to other client sites throughout Orange County on Wednesdays.  This schedule may change based on the needs of the client.</p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Be Doing</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure an exceptional customer experience each day.</li><li>Receive restaurants on-site each day and deliver ordered food to client's satellite office down the road.</li><li>Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures</li><li>Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late restaurant arrivals, incorrect email communication, or technology issues</li><li>Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer</li><li>Conduct daily audits to ensure high quality service and compliance from our restaurant partners </li><li>Escalate issues to the Client Success Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve</li></ul><strong><u>Who You Are:</u> </strong><ul><li>You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and take full ownership of your work and environment</li><li>You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up</li><li>You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions</li><li>Prior catering or serving experience preferred</li><li>You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car.  Must be willing to drive to multiple sites in one day.</li><li>Recommend applying if you live within a 20-mile range of 92618</li></ul><p><strong><u>What We’ll Hook You Up With:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wages - $20/hr</li><li>Monthly cell phone stipend</li><li>401k Retirement Savings Plan with company match</li><li>Accrued paid time off</li><li>Long-term opportunities for advancement within Fooda</li><li>Networking opportunities for work or career with local restaurants</li><li>A fulfilling, challenging work experience!</li></ul><p></p>",
