    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Employment Program Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$68,000 – $72,000 dependent on experience</span></p>\n<p><span>Ruth &amp; Naomi's Mission is seeking an Employment Program Manager to lead and oversee our growing Employment Program.</span></p>\n<p><span>This role provides leadership and oversight to employment-focused initiatives that support individuals experiencing barriers to employment through work readiness training, workplace placements, mentorship, and skill development opportunities across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><span>The Employment Program Manager will oversee a team including the Employment Program Coordinator, Coaches, and Facilitators while working collaboratively with program managers across departments to create meaningful employment pathways for participants.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><span>• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Employment Program</span><br><span>• Supervise and support the Employment Program Coordinator, Coaches, and Facilitators</span><br><span>• Develop and implement employment readiness programming and initiatives</span><br><span>• Collaborate with program managers to create participant placement opportunities across the organization</span><br><span>• Support participant success through employment-focused training and skill development</span><br><span>• Monitor program outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives</span><br><span>• Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting obligations, and program deliverables</span><br><span>• Support development of systems, processes, and program standards</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring</span></p>\n<p><span>• Experience in program management, workforce development, employment programming, or social services</span><br><span>• Experience supervising and developing staff teams</span><br><span>• Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills</span><br><span>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously</span><br><span>• Experience working with individuals experiencing barriers to employment</span><br><span>• Experience in nonprofit or community-based environments is considered an asset</span></p>\n<p><span>• Personal relationship with Jesus and willingness to sign and uphold our statement of faith</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Lived &amp; Living Experience</span></p>\n<p><span>This role is supported through funding that recognizes lived or living experience of mental illness and/or substance use as a valuable form of expertise.
