In this role, you will help supported employees succeed in their assigned job duties while promoting independence, skill development, and positive workplace behaviors.</span></h3>\n\n<p>This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys meaningful work and making a difference in the community.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h3>Responsibilities</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide <strong>1:1 coaching, supervision, and support</strong> to supported employees at job sites</li>\n\t<li>Teach and reinforce job tasks, workplace skills, and appropriate social interactions</li>\n\t<li>Promote independence and successful work outcomes</li>\n\t<li>Implement <strong>Person‑Centered Plans</strong> and <strong>Behavior Intervention Plans</strong></li>\n\t<li>Assist individuals in following daily work schedules and staying on task</li>\n\t<li>Provide Meaningful Day Services, including community‑based activities</li>\n\t<li>Respond appropriately to behavioral or crisis situations using approved techniques</li>\n\t<li>Complete required documentation, including attendance, progress notes, and incident reports</li>\n\t<li>Ensure work areas are safe, prepared, and stocked with supplies</li>\n\t<li>Transport supported employees using an agency vehicle, following all policies</li>\n\t<li>Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding progress and concerns</li>\n\t<li>Participate in required training (CPR/First Aid, behavior management, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><em>May provide temporary coverage as a Janitorial Crew Supervisor when needed.</em></p>\n\n<ol>\n</ol>\n",
