The candidate will serve as the Principal-in-Charge of projects and will direct, review, and oversee projects and provide guidance to engineering staff. Additional job duties may include:</p><ul><li>Selecting project managers for projects and directing and assisting the project manager throughout project duration.</li><li>Interfacing with clients and attend meetings, as necessary.</li><li>Assuming technical responsibility for project components and providing technical assistance to project managers and engineering staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education and Skills:&nbsp;</strong>The successful candidate should be a licensed professional engineer in Texas with over 10 years of related experience. MS Degree in geotechnical engineering is preferred. A well-rounded background in geotechnical engineering, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and a track record of successful client relationship and service are required.
