      "text": "Primary Responsibilities",
      "content": "\n<li>Understand how the Laborer interacts with a Carpenter’s role during the tank building process&nbsp;and can direct the work as required.</li>\n<li>Establishes crews, assigns responsibilities and follows through on assigned work to meet the&nbsp;budgeted man-hours.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information package to ensure work is&nbsp;performed according to specifications.</li>\n<li>Inventories material upon delivery to ensure components comply with the contract drawings&nbsp;prior to signature.</li>\n<li>Involved in a daily closeout meeting with the Superintendent providing an update on the day’s&nbsp;activities and needs for the following day.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Follows quality control (QC) program, understands construction tolerances, and reports any&nbsp;quality defects immediately.</li>\n<li>Checks and confirm elevation grades and plumbness on critical tank components.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Follows safety procedures and understands DN Tanks safety policies.</li>\n<li>Develops task hazard analysis (THA) and reviews with the crew.</li>\n<li>Identifies hazards, takes action to correct them, and is responsible for recognizing those who do&nbsp;the same in accordance with the Award of Excellence (AOE) Program.</li>\n<li>Stops employees and subcontractors from performing unsafe acts and working in hazardous&nbsp;conditions.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Promotes clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provides coaching and training while motivating the team to produce quality work and ensure&nbsp;all safety standards are met with all individuals on the project.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintains all certifications in compliance with DN Tanks Safety &amp; Equipment Programs.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>If designated by Superintendent, signals operator during any construction activities requiring a&nbsp;crane.</li>\n<li>Performs all jobsite layout utilizing survey equipment under direction of the Superintendent.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Supports the training program by working closely with other traveling tank builders and utilizing&nbsp;all resources available in DN University.</li>\n<li>Provides training feedback to the Superintendent in order to advance the knowledge, skills, and&nbsp;abilities of all our traveling tank builders.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "<li>Operate and maintain DN Tanks tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States at the direction of the Field&nbsp;Operations Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to climb and perform tasks at heights on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, shoring,&nbsp;</li><li>and scaffolds.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to; steel toed shoes,&nbsp;gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Obtain and maintain active Adult First Aid/CPR Certified (American Red Cross Approved)&nbsp;</li><li>Obtain and maintain active OSHA 10 Certification in 30 days (or less) after acceptance or&nbsp;promotion to the Foreman position&nbsp;</li><li>Obtain and maintain active all required DN Tanks certifications (example: forklift, manlift, nail&nbsp;gun, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to complete DN Tanks crane certification as a competent signal person</li>"
