In this role, you will lead the development of structural layouts and design deliverables for complex projects, including large facility foundations and steel systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operating with minimal day-to-day direction, you will take ownership of design scope across mid-sized projects or multiple smaller efforts, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.
