Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures </li>\n <li>Handle customer transactions for \"buy- ins,” \"pay- offs\" and markers </li>\n <li>Verify fills and credits to the game </li>\n <li>Notify Games Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift </li>\n <li>Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures </li>\n <li>Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures </li>\n <li>Other job-related duties as assigned  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures  </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English  </li>\n <li>Knowledge and ability to deal Dealer assigned game </li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic math  </li>\n <li>Skill in providing customers with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position </li>\n <li>High school education or equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Has completed acceptable training program resulting in proficiency in dealing at least one casino table game. </li>\n <li>Dealing Experience (at-least three core games)- Blackjack, CRAPS, Baccarat and Roulette</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
