Responsibilities Join a growing team supporting employer Stop Loss programs and play a key role in delivering exceptional client and broker experiences. As an Account Manager in our Stop Loss business , you’ll support the employer stop loss programs and partner closely with brokers, TPAs, and policyholders to manage the day-to-day administration of Stop Loss renewal accounts. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll ensure a smooth experience from renewal through ongoing servicing. In this role, you’ll own the renewal and ongoing servicing experience while working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, building long-term relationships, and being relied upon as a subject-matter expert in a collaborative, high-performing environment. This position will be based in one of our offices: Hamilton Square, NJ Marlborough, MA Harleysville, PA West Hartford, CT We offer hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.
