Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li>\n <li>Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with all guests; offers assistance and information to anyone showing an interest in gaming. </li>\n <li>Provides fast, flawless, personalized service to players. </li>\n <li>Consistently builds and maintains rapport with guests.</li>\n <li>Maintains thorough knowledge of all aspects of the games dealt. </li>\n <li>Conducts assigned game according to procedure. </li>\n <li>Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls. </li>\n <li>Ensures appropriate game protection. </li>\n <li>Ensures appropriate game pace for all players.</li>\n <li>Ensures payouts are made quickly and accurately. </li>\n <li>Fills and credits tables by verification of cheques. </li>\n <li>Opens and closes tables by verification of all cheque inventory.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer with at least two (2) high-volume, main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.). </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. </li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li>Highly organized and detail oriented. </li>\n <li>Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.</li>\n <li>Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
