    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>IT Systems Engineer (Senior)</strong></p><p><strong>Job Title</strong></p><p>IT Systems Engineer (Senior)</p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Washington, DC (Onsite)</p><p><strong>Clearance</strong></p><p>Public Trust (Required)</p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>GES is seeking a <strong>Senior IT Systems Engineer</strong> to support enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and system administration across a hybrid federal environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain on-prem and cloud-based IT systems</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Active Directory</li><li>Implement and maintain STIG configurations and compliance baselines</li><li>Perform system installations, upgrades, patching, and maintenance</li><li>Monitor systems performance and security posture</li><li>Develop disaster recovery strategies and implementation plans</li><li>Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives</li><li>Provide technical recommendations to improve IT operations</li><li>Document system configurations, processes, and SOPs</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years (Senior Level)</li><li>Strong experience with:<ul><li>Microsoft Azure &amp; M365</li><li>Active Directory / Entra ID</li><li>VMware, Windows/Linux servers</li><li>Networking (LAN/WAN, Cisco)</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge of:<ul><li>NIST, FISMA compliance</li><li>STIG implementation</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft (Azure Administrator/Architect), VMware, Security+</li></ul></div>\n",
