          "text": "<p>We are looking for a Process Engineer at our Painesville, OH facility. In this role, you will be focused on improving the performance of our operations to achieve production excellence. As part of our team, you will work cross-functionally within Supply Chain, Operations, Environmental, Health &amp; Safety and Quality on projects.&#xa0; The ability to work multiple functions and influence others is key to the role.</p><p>In your role as Process Engineer, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:</p><ul><li><p>Support day to day product and process operations.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Identify and drive safety improvements.</p></li><li><p>Support of the scale-up of new products and in the improvement of existing products.</p></li><li><p>Support preventive maintenance plan on coating asset</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Master Scheduler and operations team to ensure optimal schedule sequence, relay performance to schedule interruptions, and make course corrections to minimize customer impact and improve production efficiencies</p></li><li><p>Lead coating trials and SOP changes</p></li><li><p>Manage all aspects of Standard Operating Conditions Program</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot daily operational challenges; first point of contact for shift teams</p></li><li><p>Lead process improvement teams identifying and calling out all areas of improvement</p></li><li><p>Research and identify root cause on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective action plan and implementation.</p></li><li><p>Working across functional boundaries and collaborate with various business disciplines in a significant manner - laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing functions as needed to carry out assignments.</p></li><li><p>Serve as an authority in data analysis and statistical tools</p></li><li><p>Maintain accountability for the key performance indicators - Safety, losses, productivity and quality.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Complete capital jobs on time and within budget.</p></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Education:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree required; Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering related preferred.</p></li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li><p>5+&#xa0;years Operations Engineering or related experience. Experience in a 24/7 continuous environment preferred.</p></li><li><p>Lean and six sigma manufacturing experience</p></li><li><p>Data analysis and using statistical tools</p></li><li><p>Web handling experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills to successfully build rapport with the operations, maintenance and commercial teams</p></li></ul><p>Other:</p><ul><li><p>Be flexible in work hours. Will be on-call for troubleshooting and support for 24/7 manufacturing operation</p></li><li><p>Flex work schedule as required to cover off shift and weekend production</p></li><li><p>Agent of change.
