The early intervention RN will focus on medical history, nursing assessment, as well as goals and objectives related to health, nutrition, and safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) with families and collaborate with families to identify strengths and resources.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide services using a coaching model with children and families according to their IFSP.
