An OSHA 10 is a prerequisite for employment. We can / will provide access at our expense to the class. However, time spent taking the class will not be paid. Individuals are expected to prioritize safety of themselves and others.</span></a></span></span></em></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to weld A-36 thick gauge steel &#8211; 3/16&#8221; to &#189;&#8221; typical thickness with appropriate welding rod.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to set welding machine to proper setting for various material thicknesses.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to make multiple pass welds able to pass X-ray examination on these thicknesses.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to weld lap welds for floor and roof of tanks.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to learn to weld multiple pass horizontal and vertical seams of tanks.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to accurately position large steel sheets, up to 5/8&#8221; X 8&#8217; X 30&#8217;.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, sans-serif;\">Use and accurately read a tape measure.
