Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Real Alloy is looking for an <strong>experienced Maintenance Technician</strong> to join our team in Goodyear!  Industrial m<strong>aintenance</strong> background preferred.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay range $27 - $32 / hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Day shift Monday through Friday.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician will need to perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc. Real Alloy Maintnenance team members must be able to work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools.  Must also be able to understand pertinent diagnostic tools, and read/understand blue prints.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and correct problems.</li>\n <li>Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service</li>\n <li>Electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control.</li>\n <li>Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes.</li>\n <li>Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems.</li>\n <li>Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.</li>\n <li>Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.</li>\n <li>Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety rules, and company policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a job summary - full job description given upon mutual interest</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent Attendance; Dependability</li>\n <li>Good positive attitude</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and apply what is learned</li>\n <li>Work safely</li>\n <li>Hard working with a good work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to operate power equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication</li>\n <li>Must have 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment</li>\n <li>PLC experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Foundry experience is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
