    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.41.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant &amp; Bar, Front Desk, Lounge area, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Inform guests of property amenities, services hours of operation, and local areas fo interest and activities with directions as needed</li><li>Ensure courteous, prompt, and consistent luggage assistance is provided to all guests</li><li>Assess group travel movements and coordinate necessary guest service arrangement to accommodate luggage and ground transportation requirements</li><li>Monitor lobby traffic</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and resolve guest concerns and requests</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of guests and members information and pertinent resort data, as well as the security of high profile guests or members in accordance with resort standards</li><li>Performs other duties are required. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience at a major hotel preferred</li><li>Previous Guest Relations and Front Office experience in a hotel required</li><li>Possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills</li><li>Effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and responding to questions raised by guests and members</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 45.5px;\"><li>Must be able to stand, walk, sit</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch</li><li>Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push</li><li>Must have good near and far vision</li><li>Must be able to hear, talk, smell</li><li>Move and transport supplies and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds</li><li>Reach overhead and bend from floor to and including ceiling&nbsp;</li><li>Climb stairs and ladders</li><li>Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity</li><li>Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors</li></ul></div>\n",
