You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-performance applications that solve real business problems. If you're a sharp thinker, love building scalable software, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to meet you.</p>\n<p>What You'll Do:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET framework and C#</li>\n<li>Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions</li>\n<li>Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services</li>\n<li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets performance standards</li>\n<li>Work with SQL Server and other database technologies to design and maintain robust data models</li>\n<li>Integrate front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to a high-performing team</li>\n<li>Review code, provide feedback, and help maintain coding standards</li>\n<li>Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack</li>\n<li>Stay current on new tools, technologies, and trends—and advocate for their adoption when appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li>\n<li>Proficiency in C# and .NET development with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming</li>\n<li>Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li>\n<li>Familiarity with full-stack architecture and modern development best practices</li>\n<li>Basic exposure to Sencha or React is a bonus</li>\n<li>Experience using Git for version control and tools like Postman for API testing</li>\n<li>A problem-solver who enjoys thinking logically and creatively to tackle technical challenges</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus</li>\n<li>Certifications in .NET or related technologies are nice to have, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tech Stack &amp; Tools:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, LINQ, OOP</li>\n<li>SQL Server</li>\n<li>IIS Configuration</li>\n<li>Postman, Git</li>\n</ul>",
