In this role you will:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead manufacturing accounting &amp; costing</span> – manage BOMs, cost analysis, and production variances</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own revenue &amp; key customer financials</span> – including transfer pricing, revenue share, and demand forecasting</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive FP&amp;A</span> – lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner across the business</span> – provide insights to manufacturing, R&amp;D, and leadership teams</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oversee R&amp;D financials</span> – track project spend, capitalisation, and funding</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Improve processes &amp; controls</span> – enhance reporting, automation, and financial governance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support reporting &amp; audits</span> – contribute to statutory reporting and audit processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With another Management Accountant as a direct report, you’ll also get to demonstrate your leadership skills.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CA / CPA qualification</li>\n<li>5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or commercial accounting environments</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of NZ IFRS and financial reporting</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems</li>\n<li>Proven ability to translate data into commercial insights</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills</li>\n<li>Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p>At AROA NZ, we value our people and make sure working with us is rewarding, both professionally and personally.
