Your Mission Job Description: Job Title:                  HR & Admin Assistant Type of Contract:     Internship  (Minimum 3 Months) Department:             HR & Admin Location:                  Chiang mai Expected Start Date:   Any day, based on the university's requirement Responsibilities Human Resources: -Assist in coordinating visa renewals and work permits for foreign staff. -Post job vacancies and support recruitment process. -Prepare office supplies for various departments. -Assist with employee welfare-related tasks. -Ensure meeting equipment is operational and well-maintained. -Coordinate training and off-site events as assigned. -Book travel arrangements for employees. Administrative Tasks: -Prepare documents for communication with external organizations. -Copy and complete office forms. -Dispatch documents to relevant parties and mail correspondence. -Research information as needed and communicate with relevant stakeholders. -Translate documents as required. -Coordinate purchases of necessary supplies for the foundation. -Convert documents from PDF to Word and Excel as requested. -Maintain electronic office equipment, such as computers and photocopiers. Project Support (as requested): -Participate in community outreach and assist social workers and teachers. -Help with welcoming visitors and donors. Your Profile Qualifications Nationality: Thai Language Skills: Basic English communication. Education Level: High school, vocational diploma, or higher in any field. Additional Requirements:| -Eager to learn new things and meet deadlines. -Passion for social work and interest in non-profit organizations. -Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. -Flexibility, motivation, and a positive attitude towards work.
