Summary: Enforce Consulting is seeking a driven Recruiting/Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in talent acquisition in conjunction with 1-2 years HR experience (preferred). The primary focus of this position will be ongoing recruiting of top performers in the Human Capital Management space.  Additionally, this position will lead the internal functions of the company, with 1-2 direct reports handling IT and office management duties. Your primary responsibility as HR Manager will be to oversee every stage of the employment lifecycle for our employees with an emphasis in talent acquisition, retention and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven talent acquisition track record coupled with a desire to perform certain basic HR functions.  We are seeking a self-starter who can develop and implement internal policies and procedures to improve employee engagement, development, and retention. Preferred candidates will also be subject matter experts in HR practices who are able to instill confidence in employees regarding HR best practices. Ability to collaboratively work across a diverse group of employees essential. Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of talent acquisition resulting in robust talent pipeline Lead all onboarding, benefits administration, career development, training and development, retention, and offboarding Promote a positive environment by confidentially and expertly facilitating conflict resolution Communicate updates regarding employee policies and procedures while ensuring that proper compliance is followed Ensure legal compliance through proper human resource management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Qualifications 5+ years talent acquisition experience across a number of recruiting platforms 1-2 years HR experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Ability to work in office 5 days/week (Downtown Dallas location) Knowledge and Skills Ability to leverage recruiting best practices Knowledge and ability to be a subject matter expert for all team members regarding HR-related issues Ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and company policies and procedures Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficient in Microsoft Office products
