The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized multitasker, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content Writing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for emails, social media, event collateral, and other campaigns</li>\n<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates messages effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Pardot</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Marketing Cloud Account Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for campaign scheduling in Pardot</li>\n<li>Manage the setup and scheduling of emails, engagement programs, automation rules, forms, landing pages, and social posts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Email &amp; Social Media Marketing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and publish content across email platforms and social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness</li>\n<li>Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to support campaigns and events</li>\n<li>Monitor performance metrics and provide basic reporting on email and social activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Events &amp; Collateral Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the planning and execution of events by preparing, tracking, and managing marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials</li>\n<li>Help ensure smooth execution of event marketing logistics support as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required</li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and support integrated marketing initiatives</li>\n<li>Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements to optimize marketing efforts</li>\n<li>Other relevant tasks that may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li>\n<li>Proven experience in social media and email marketing </li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) preferred</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n<li>Familiarity with event planning and execution</li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid and night shift work set-up in Silver City, Pasig</li>\n</ul>",
