Growth potential within organization and working directly with great clients in the water industry</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Title:</strong>  Area Sales Manager</p>\n<p><strong>Territory: </strong>Toronto/Kitchener Ontario area throughout Southwestern Ontario. This position is based out of a home office.</p>\n<p><strong>Travel </strong>within Territory:  80-100%</p>\n<p>Salary:  $90K to $110K (CAD) plus Commissions</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain an existing customer base, develop new business and manage a small sales and service team.</li>\n <li>Manage existing accounts via direct onsite service and technical support</li>\n <li>Work directly with customer operations, maintenance and management</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong customer/client relationship</li>\n <li>Responsibility include consultive services on Water Treatment chemical and equipment applications in a variety of industries and processes</li>\n <li>Sales Growth and new customer development responsibilities</li>\n <li>Manage and support Tech Services in smaller accounts in the territory</li>\n <li>Respond to any customer emergency</li>\n <li>Able to multitask and manage a large account base.</li>\n <li>Develop quotes and proposals for lateral and new sales</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with larger customers understanding their business needs</li>\n <li>Report direct to Regional Manager</li>\n <li>Manager small team of Tech Services and Sellers – 2 -5 direct reports.</li>\n <li>Assist in new business growth, quote preparation, sales growth.</li>\n <li>Troubleshot issues with team</li>\n <li>Help develop direct reports</li>\n <li>Assist in meeting growth goals of individuals and team.</li>\n <li>Report directly to Regional Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical Degree or CWT Preferred</li>\n <li>10 plus Years Sales or Technical Experience</li>\n <li>“In-House” Training as needed to meet objectives</li>\n <li> Field Training with other reps to meet objectives</li>\n <li>Must have a Class G license in good standing.
