Ensure that the cleanliness of all public areas and guest rooms are maintained in accordance with company and/or departmental standards. Manage staff and ensure practices and procedures are consistently followed.</p><ul><li>Handle all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and discharging.</li><li>Monitor daily operations to ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company and/or departmental standards.</li><li>Manage staff, equipment, and supply levels in alignment with business and budgetary objectives and needs.</li><li>Prepare and analyze reports relative to the operations of the department. Make operational adjustments as appropriate.</li><li>Resolve guest and employee issues and requests.</li><li>Establish department guidelines, rules, regulations, and training programs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>",
