The function is responsible to ensure that studies outsourced to the CRO strategic partners proceed to their goals efficiently, effectively, and harmoniously and in a timely fashion. Scope of responsibilities include partnership governance, performance oversight, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The CRO Partner Manager role is a key contributor to Alliance Management operations. The role supports CRO performance oversight, organization and communication of partnership information and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Position Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Management of the Alliance Management sharepoint</li><li>Management of the Partnership portal(s) including access control, content organization and updates</li><li>Outsourced study performance oversight support including performance tracking, goal achievement/updates, organize regular touch points with Bayer Teams, etc.</li><li>Planning and execution of communications plan such as newsletters, web-info casts, Q&amp;A forums, etc.</li><li>Planning and organization of the COSMOS Champion Network – quarterly meetings</li><li>CRO Partnership continuous improvement initiatives such as annual survey / follow up, implementation of joint celebrations, etc.</li></ul>",
