Take control of your future and come join a growing company offering unlimited career growth potential.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Understand the technical/project specifications. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Study of connection design drawing and raising RFIs if any mismatch/missing data/conflicts arise.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Identifying<br>Fire Proof<br>Members, Architectural Exposed Structural Steel (AESS), Galvanized Members, etc.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Scope of work to be studied properly and confirmed with client.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge in Paint Finish, Material Grade, Bolt Grade and Weld Specifications.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring all received inputs are current as per Transmittal Index. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Checking 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawing and client specifications.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordination with internal staff (Modeler/Editor) and prepare any RFIs or queries.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Documentation and tracking of all RFI queries and responses.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring all checking comments are being incorporated in the model.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring Material grade/Assay Prefix/Part Prefix/Finish/Levels/Thickness/Profiles/Locking dimensions in model are provided as per IFC and its standards.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring at modeling stage itself all Erection feasibilities and Transportations issues has been fixed. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring Clash check has been done before releasing to production.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensuring custom component or similar macros are being used in model for similar members and its connections to reduce quantities in shop drawings.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge in template checking and report preparation with respect to client requirements.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Checking single part drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings, erection drawings with related reports and NC files.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Able to do modelling and editing (correction) in case of urgency or project demand.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Close coordination with Document Controller for uploading/down loading the project data and preparation of transmittal/index.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 7 Years’ experience</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Should have sound knowledge in AISC specification like, ASD, RCSC &amp; NISD</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge in concrete structures, like slab level/depth, expansion joint, reinforcement, composite steel etc.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Accurate Interpretation of IFC drawings &amp; connection design</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Clarify and answer modeler/detailer queries</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform model checks at each stage of the company workflow procedure</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Understand scope of work before project work begins</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>How to Apply:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Ready to join our team?
