Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you’ll:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and implement project pre-planning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><em>Qualifications:</em></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in high rise residential construction is an asset.</span></li>\n<li>Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><em>Considered an Asset:</em></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Relevant and local construction industry experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Additional certifications or training relevant to the role including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>First Aid</span></li>\n<li><span>Fall Protection</span></li>\n<li><span>Gas Fitter</span></li>\n<li><span>Boom/Scissor Lift</span></li>\n<li><span>Forklift</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You can expect these great benefits: </span></p>\n<p><br><span>We value our team and the outstanding work they do, and we love to celebrate their achievements along the way.
