    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>Operates small and large equipment such as tractors, large vehicles, forklifts, mowers, etc. while performing duties which serve general track maintenance.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury according to all relevant policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform safety and maintenance checks to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.</li><li>Maintain inventory of any and all necessary supplies.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise the Track Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.</li><li>Clean backside areas in order to maintain suitable appearance and sanitation standards or facility.</li><li>Complete all work assignments on time and with accuracy.</li><li>Be advised of the week-to-week work schedule and any changes made according to business needs.</li><li>Follow the directives of all department SOPs and policies regarding uniforms, communications, and work duties.</li><li>Responsible for carrying out all duties with safety as a priority.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>Requires acute visual perception abilities to accurately judge distances as well as a mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Must be able to work under minimal supervision and have good time management skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Requires a high energy individual with a positive attitude who can demonstrate good communication skills in a team environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
