Travel will be required to support client engagements and team collaboration across regions.</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The <strong>Director</strong> will be accountable for advancing our procurement and supply chain strategy for construction projects, delivering high-impact client engagements, and driving business performance. This includes leading major projects and programs, developing digital and data-driven solutions, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team development.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>• Leading the development and delivery of differentiated procurement and supply chain solutions that generate tangible client benefits</p><p>• Driving strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and positioning Turner &amp; Townsend as a leader in digital procurement and supply chain advisory</p><p>• Overseeing the delivery of complex, high-value construction programs across multiple sectors, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction</p><p>• Developing and owning market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors</p><p>• Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships, identifying opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions aligned with client needs</p><p>• Leading bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations to secure high-margin, impactful construction projects</p><p>• Advancing digital capabilities and integrating technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes</p><p>• Managing team performance, setting objectives, and ensuring the team possesses the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals</p><p>• Establishing key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in alignment with strategic objectives</p><p>• Supporting the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence</p><p>• Leading and mentoring a team of specialist consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture</p><p>• Contributing to the leadership of the business by supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement</p>",
