Unleashing Your Potential.</li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account.</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program.</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and assess processes pertaining to the production line and equipment usage, collaborating closely with the Engineering team.</li>\n <li>Uphold and enforce established Health & Safety, quality GMP, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.</li>\n <li>Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of major process issues that surpass the capabilities of the operating team members.</li>\n <li>Implement process control measures to maintain product quality and optimize the performance of all production lines.</li>\n <li>Devise new methods and equipment enhancements to improve productivity and streamline existing production line conditions.</li>\n <li>Learn and actively participate in discussions regarding operational challenges, Health & Safety protocols, food safety, maintenance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and fulfill documentation requirements.</li>\n <li>Translate product requirements into process and equipment functionality in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Development.</li>\n <li>Ensure all process adjustments and improvements align with strict food safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Analyze downtime events, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li>\n <li>Support commissioning, installation, and design of new or modified equipment and processes.</li>\n <li>Contribute to equipment and layout improvements using design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) where applicable.</li>\n <li>Actively engage with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, Maintenance, IT) to understand challenges and drive process improvements.</li>\n <li>Undertake special projects related to various functional areas as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.</li>\n <li>2–5 years of hands-on exposure in food manufacturing environments or similarly regulated industries.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data collection systems, including equipment systems.</li>\n <li>Experience tracking process parameters, losses, and inefficiencies using production data to drive improvements is highly valued.</li>\n <li>Ability to translate product requirements and operational needs into equipment functionality and process design.</li>\n <li>Experience working with imperial and/or metric measurement instruments, such as industrial scales, scanning systems, and vision systems, etc.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to deeply understand process parameters and their impact on product quality.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Root Cause Analysis is preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an asset.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve product quality and line performance.</li>\n <li>High level of drive, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or extended shifts as required by production demands.</li>\n <li>Valid Ontario G driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple production sites within the GTA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
