This role requires a strong blend of domain expertise, analytical thinking, and communication skills to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.</p>\n <p>You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, defining product requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design teams. The role demands deep experience in API-driven systems, digital onboarding workflows, and financial operations such as account opening, maintenance, and money movement.</p>\n <p>The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving capabilities, a structured approach to requirement definition, and the ability to validate solutions in real-world scenarios while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards.</p>\n <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n <p><strong>Requirement Analysis:</strong> Gather, analyse, and translate business and product requirements into clear functional specifications and system behaviours</p>\n <p><strong>User Stories &amp; Acceptance Criteria:</strong> Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows that enable seamless delivery by engineering teams</p>\n <p><strong>API &amp; Integration Understanding:</strong> Work closely with engineering teams to define and validate API interactions, data flows, and system integrations</p>\n <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and external stakeholders to reduce ambiguity and ensure alignment on requirements</p>\n <p><strong>Digital Workflow Design:</strong> Support design and implementation of workflows for digital account onboarding, maintenance, and money movement processes</p>\n <p><strong>Validation &amp; Testing:</strong> Perform functional validation, test scenarios, and edge-case analysis to ensure solution accuracy and completeness</p>\n <p><strong>Risk &amp; Compliance Alignment:</strong> Ensure solutions meet legal, regulatory, and risk requirements across financial and transactional systems</p>\n <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>12+ years of experience</strong> as a Business Analyst in complex, technology-driven environments</li>\n  <li>Strong experience working with <strong>APIs, data flows, and system integrations</strong></li>\n  <li>Proven expertise in <strong>digital account opening, account maintenance, and/or money movement workflows</strong> (transfers, TOA, bank linking)</li>\n  <li>Ability to <strong>translate business needs into clear, executable requirements and system behavior</strong></li>\n  <li>Strong experience in <strong>writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria</strong></li>\n  <li>Proven ability to <strong>collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Design teams</strong></li>\n  <li>Experience ensuring solutions meet <strong>risk, legal, and regulatory requirements</strong></li>\n  <li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>functional testing, validation, and real-world scenario analysis</strong></li>\n  <li>Experience in <strong>test case creation, execution, and defect tracking</strong></li>\n  <li>Strong <strong>problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills</strong></li>\n  <li>Ability to <strong>work in complex, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements</strong></li>\n  <li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)</strong></li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n    <div>\n     <p>Minimum Compensation: USD&nbsp;36,000<br>\n      Maximum Compensation: USD&nbsp;126,000<br>\n      Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
