    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Indra is seeking a motivated <strong>Field Technician</strong> to install, maintain, and repair Tolling, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), network communications, Connected Vehicle systems, and other related assets. This role requires travel across the country and the ability to work shifts (day or night).</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Supervise and oversee the installation of <strong>Electronic Toll Collection Systems (ETCS)</strong>, <strong>ITS</strong>, and <strong>Network Communication System (NCS)</strong> devices by subcontractors.</li><li>Configure field devices, controllers, software, and related components for ETCS/ITS.</li><li>Troubleshoot and replace failed devices/equipment, ensuring proper field replacement and repairs with spare parts.</li><li>Perform <strong>Corrective Maintenance</strong> as required to ensure functionality.</li><li>Carry out <strong>Preventive Maintenance</strong> to maintain device performance and lifespan.</li><li>Assist in developing documentation for installation and maintenance activities.</li><li>Drive non-CDL commercial vehicles (up to 23,000 lbs) and operate a <strong>Bucket Truck</strong> as needed.</li><li>Coordinate <strong>Maintenance of Traffic</strong> (MOT) setup for job sites.</li><li>Create necessary reports as required by management.</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>fieldwork</strong> related to <strong>Tolling</strong>, <strong>ITS</strong>, or <strong>network communications</strong> systems.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>electronics</strong>, <strong>network systems</strong>, and <strong>IT infrastructure</strong>.</li><li>Experience using <strong>diagnostic tools</strong> for troubleshooting devices.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Valid <strong>driver&rsquo;s license</strong> with a clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night) and travel as needed across the U.S.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Certification or technical training in <strong>electronics</strong> or <strong>IT-related fields</strong>.</li><li>Experience operating a <strong>Bucket Truck</strong> or similar equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Tolling</strong>, <strong>ITS</strong>, or <strong>Connected Vehicle</strong> systems.</li><li>Experience with <strong>MOT setup</strong> and safety procedures.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\">Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'>Equal Opportunity Employer: Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran&rsquo;s status, age or disability, M/F/D/V.
