Your expertise and empathy in this area are highly valued.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Our Team?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a supportive and dynamic work environment</li>\n <li>Competitive salaries and benefits</li>\n <li>Opportunities for growth and development</li>\n <li>The chance to make a positive impact every day</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>2nd Shift is from 3PM to 11PM</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.</li>\n <li>Passing medication is a primary responsibility along with hands-on care to each resident.</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.</li>\n <li>Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to the supervisor.</li>\n <li>Administer medications and injections to residents based on medical charts.</li>\n <li>Following schedule, and assisting residents with repositioning.</li>\n <li>Follow procedures regarding documenting medications.</li>\n <li>Utilize good judgment in providing client care and safety.</li>\n <li>Assisting other team members with their duties.</li>\n <li>Complete all required documents and charting.</li>\n <li>Answer call lights and assess residents' needs.</li>\n <li>Obtain meal trays and assist with eating.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to pass a criminal background check.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Every other weekend.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ROOM FOR GROWTH.</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition events.</li>\n <li>PAID TIME OFF.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees.</li>\n <li>Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it.</li>\n</ul>",
