Because as much as you love your job, we want you to also love having time to be you. </p>\n<p>•       A 401K retirement plan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary of the Physical Therapists (PT):</strong></p>\n<p>The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements of </strong><strong>Physical Therapists (PT):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Florida License as a PT (Physical Therapist)</li>\n <li>Current CPR</li>\n <li>At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>https://info.flclearinghouse.com/</p>\n<p>#PARAMOUNT123</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the</strong><strong> Physical Therapists (PT):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.</li>\n <li>Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements and as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements.</li>\n <li>Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.</li>\n <li>Supports and participates in department operations and development.</li>\n <li>Reports any changes in patient status or needs to Director of Rehab and interdisciplinary team as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants with the goal of ensuring optimal patient care and achievement of outcomes.</li>\n</ul>",
