WORK SCHEDULE : Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Work hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time ACCOUNTABLE TO : Chief Marketing & Sales Officer ACCOUNTABLE FOR :   The objective of this role is to support campaign execution, maintain pipeline organization, assist with outreach efforts, and ensure consistent follow-through across marketing and sales initiatives. Performance will be measured by: Campaign execution consistency Lead follow-up and engagement tracking CRM accuracy and organization Task completion and responsiveness Support of outreach and engagement initiatives CLASSIFICATION : W-2 employee; part-time hourly COMPENSATION RANGE : Ranges between $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications ANTICIPATED TRAVEL : Up to 10% of the time (interoffice and site-based meetings) SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will support execution across multiple EMS-managed entities while also assisting in maintaining structure and accountability across the sales team. This role will help ensure follow-through on initiatives, support communication, and provide visibility into ongoing activities, while also supporting onsite coordination and business development efforts. SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Coordinator will: Support execution of marketing campaigns, including email outreach and lead generation Assist with CRM management (GoHighLevel) and pipeline tracking Coordinate follow-ups with leads and internal teams Maintain data accuracy across accounts Support sales processes through outreach coordination and engagement tracking Assist in monitoring sales team activity, including outreach, follow-ups, and engagement Help ensure accountability across the sales team by tracking tasks and deliverables Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and leadership Provide status updates and visibility on team activity and performance Assist with onsite business development efforts, including community outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives Support coordination and logistics for meetings, networking events, and community engagement activities Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow organization Assist in documenting processes and maintaining operational structure across entities UNSCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to media inquiries and crisis communication needs as necessary Assist in developing messaging for public statements or executive speeches Assist in special initiatives or campaigns related to recruitment, fundraising, or program awareness Support reputation management and community relations strategies Troubleshoot urgent content errors or branding inconsistencies PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds Frequent meetings via video or phone; occasional in-person site visits WORKING CONDITIONS On-site only Office-based, with travel between program sites as needed Cross-functional collaboration with high-level staff across all departments High-paced, deadline-driven, and strategically focused COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Experience supporting multiple brands or business units Familiarity with email marketing and outreach systems Experience supporting or participating in community outreach or networking events Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related field Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales processes Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with in-person engagement and onsite responsibilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on: Task completion and follow-through CRM accuracy and pipeline updates Campaign support effectiveness Responsiveness and communication Contribution to outreach and engagement efforts Ability to operate independently
