You'll lead store growth, build the team, shape the culture, and drive the results.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the overall day-to-day operations of the dealership</li>\n<li>Driving profitability, revenue growth, and market share</li>\n<li>Managing and developing department managers and leadership teams</li>\n<li>Creating a strong culture of accountability, performance, and customer experience</li>\n<li>Reviewing and managing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts</li>\n<li>Ensuring departments are operating efficiently and achieving KPI targets</li>\n<li>Managing staffing, hiring, coaching, and succession planning</li>\n<li>Driving new and used inventory strategy and aged inventory management</li>\n<li>Working with OEM partners and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships</li>\n<li>Leading marketing, events, and promotional strategy alongside internal marketing teams</li>\n<li>Ensuring operational consistency, process execution, and strong communication across departments</li>\n<li>Driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and employee engagement</li>\n<li>Managing operational challenges while keeping teams motivated and focused</li>\n<li>Supporting the long-term strategic growth of the dealership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p>You're a builder. A leader. A doer.
