Our consultants work closely with our clients to help them optimize their value streams – the way they deliver value via products and services to their customers.   </p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>More specifically consulting interns get involved with our clients in the following project experiences:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analysis and configuration of various ERP software systems  </li>\n <li>Stay updated on the latest features and updates for Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, Procore and Microsoft Business Central systems. Participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.  </li>\n <li>Conduct research and provide recommendations for best practices in financial and  operational processes within the designated systems  </li>\n <li>Assist in documenting project and process requirements  </li>\n <li>Business analysis and project management associated with industry software solutions in a wide variety of industries  </li>\n <li>Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions </li>\n <li>Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds </li>\n <li>Exposure to Lean principles in all that we do </li>\n <li>Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your related skills </li>\n <li>Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other related field. </li>\n <li>Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher  </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  </li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.  </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.  </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  </li>\n <li>Ability to build and foster professional business relationships  </li>\n <li>Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement  </li>\n <li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. At Wipfli, hyrbid work is defined as associates regularly working 2-3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites.  The client sites can vary locally, regionally, or nationally depending on the industry alignment.
