We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Havel is looking for a Salesperson responsible for HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts with commercial, industrial, educational and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers, traveling regionally.</li>\n <li>Expand sales for existing contract customers</li>\n <li>Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers</li>\n <li>Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action</li>\n <li>Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer’s organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in sales and marketing.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of financial based sales.</li>\n <li>HVAC, Mechanical, and controls systems knowledge is a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in use of common computer and Microsoft programs/software.</li>\n <li>Excellent at Managing processes, Decision making, Process improvement, and Customer service.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
