This position is responsible for installing marine outboard engines, electronics, gauges, and other components on both customer and dealership boats. The ideal candidate has experience in marine rigging and a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.</p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):</strong></p><p><strong>Outboard Installation</strong></p><ul><li>Safely remove existing outboard engines and related rigging when required&nbsp;</li><li>Install new outboard engines and rigging per manufacturer specifications and industry best practices&nbsp;</li><li>Route and install steering cables, wiring harnesses, and control systems&nbsp;</li><li>Test engine performance, electronics, and steering systems after installation&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and report additional work opportunities to the Service Manager</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards</li></ul><p><strong>Accessory Installation</strong></p><ul><li>Install or replace GPS, fish finders, transducers, radars, stereo systems, and other marine electronics</li><li>Perform wiring and setup of accessory equipment to match customer specifications</li><li>Conduct initial setup and testing of marine electronics systems</li></ul>",
