You&rsquo;ll help foster independence, build life skills, and create a safe, supportive environment where each person can thrive.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct care and support to individuals in a Day Program or community-based setting</li><li>Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and reports</li><li>Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members, families and supervisors</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Values &amp; Abilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate an ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English.</li><li>Minimal proficiency in mathematics</li><li>Be compassionate, patient, and dependable</li><li>Functions as a team player, who always has the best interest of the individuals as a priority</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong><br>&nbsp;A high school diploma, GED, or 1 years&rsquo; previous experience working with intellectually disabled adults in a Residential setting. A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record.
