Apply today and take the next step in your career with Attain Finance!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<em><strong>This role offers hybrid flexibility out of our Greenville, SC office.</strong></em>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing financial models, analyzing financial data, supporting the management reporting package, and providing key insights to support strategic business decisions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Financial Strategy & Planning:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze and forecast risk adjusted revenue, expenses, debt and other balance sheet items, as well as statement of cash flows</li>\n <li>Support annual operating budget, strategic plan, and quarterly forecast processes</li>\n <li>Utilize industry best practices and financial modeling techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and forecasting processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Reporting & Analysis:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take ownership of management reporting package that would be presented to the senior Executives and Board of Directors, identify key drivers of variances between actual and forecasts, ensure data accuracy and consistency</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful visual graphs and insights to support strategic decision-making processes</li>\n <li>Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions to optimize financial performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Team Collaboration:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather relevant financial information and insights to develop accurate financial models and forecasts</li>\n <li>Work in a matrix environment and effectively manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of financial analysis and ad hoc projects under tight deadlines</li>\n <li>Communicate complex financial analysis findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to senior management and other stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough understanding of the <strong>inter-relationship of income statement, balance sheets and statement of cash flows</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in building and managing financial models and long-range planning and scenario-based modeling</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of capital structure, three-statement financial modeling these areas is preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to create process improvements with automation and analysis</li>\n <li>Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Consumer lending/ financial services industry experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix and remote work environment and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Equivalent Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor degree required; Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent preferred; a Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications (CFA, CPA) highly preferred</li>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 4 years</strong> of <strong>financial reporting</strong> and/ or <strong>financial analysis experience</strong> including <strong>budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting. Additionally open to audit potentially being part of that experience. </strong></li>\n <li>Experience working with large-scale data and reporting tool, proficient with advanced Excel functions is required. Proficient with PowerPoint presentations and creating graphs and various visuals</li>\n <li>A working knowledge of SQL or Python and other financial ERP system (e.g., OneStream, Sigma) is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>This role offers hybrid flexibility out of our Greenville, SC office.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $80,000 - $105,000 </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AttainRP</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.
