Our services include emergency shelter, transitional housing, rental subsidies, mental health services, substance recovery, and wrap-around services. All our services are trauma-sensitive and client-centered and are provided at no cost to our clients. All programs are low barriers.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">RP is led by survivors with a focus on reflection, innovation, and connection.  We believe in fostering relationships, both in our direct service work and throughout our internal work culture. You are flexible, creative, and take initiative in handling emergencies. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In this role, you will support the Senior Director of Operations in advancing the growth, structure, strategy, and long-term sustainability of the agency’s Data &amp; Evaluation department. You will play a key role in ensuring data systems and processes are managed efficiently, aligned with organizational goals, and responsive to compliance requirements, reporting standards, and programmatic data needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee daily operations of the entire data team, including the Data &amp;Evaluation Coordinator </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and maintain all data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports, including internal, funder, and compliance reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop, monitor, and improve data workflows, tracking tools, and reporting processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct regular data quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing support to staff on data systems, data entry protocols, and reporting requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with program and operations teams to align data collection with program outcomes and organizational goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the leadership team to design and execute data collection, evaluation, and reporting frameworks that drive the agency's strategic vision and long-term goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide dashboards, reports, and data insights to the leadership team to support decision-making and drive the agency's Data &amp; Evaluation strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with all data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements..</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Actively participate in reflective supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures in relation to duties of the job</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned by your supervisor</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">What qualifications are required for this position?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), preferred </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">2–5 years of experience managing data systems, databases, or case management platforms (e.g., HMIS, Looker, Clarity, or similar), strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in database management, data entry protocols, and data integrity best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, confidentiality protocols, or funder reporting guidelines).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting program teams with data collection, quality assurance, and performance reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify system issues and implement timely solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to train staff on data systems, workflows, and compliance expectations in both group and 1:1 settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed practices and serving survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to complete a background check, fingerprinting (Live Scan), and completion of all Community Care Licensing requirement documents.  Able to meet all licensing requirements of Community Care Licensing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position is hybrid with a mix of in person &amp; remote work. Time spent on-site versus remote working will be discussed and agreed upon with your supervisor. You are expected to be available on-site as necessary given business needs. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. The benefits that come with working at RP at full-time hours include medical, dental, and vision plans, a life insurance policy, unlimited vacation, sick time, restorative care time, and immediate vesting in our 403(b) with a generous match. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, exempt salaried position. This is a hybrid position (flex work), with some days required in our Oakland and/or Castro Valley office.
