Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our new Cherry Hill, NJ location.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong>&#xa0;Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day&#xa0;communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional&#xa0;client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a&#xa0;timely, solutions-oriented manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need&#xa0;login or client communication.&#xa0;</li><li>Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.&#xa0;</li><li>Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve&#xa0;processes.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.&#xa0;</li><li>Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; will perform other tasks as&#xa0;needed across departments.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
