    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Vice President – International ETF Create/Redeem</p>\n<p>Location: New York, NY<br>\n Division: Equities / ETF Trading</p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong></p>\n<p>Jefferies is seeking a Vice President – International ETF Create/Redeem to join its Equities platform. This role is central to building and scaling the firm’s international ETF primary market capabilities, with a focus on execution, client engagement, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be an experienced ETF professional with deep knowledge of the create/redeem process across international markets, combining trading, sales, and operational expertise to support the growth of a global franchise.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p>Execution &amp; Franchise Development</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and help lead the build-out of the International ETF create/redeem business within a global investment bank.</li>\n <li>Execute ETF primary market transactions, including creations and redemptions across non-U.S. equity markets.</li>\n <li>Partner with senior trading leadership to optimize workflows and scale the platform globally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Client Coverage &amp; Sales Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interface directly with institutional clients, authorized participants (APs), asset managers, and ETF issuers.</li>\n <li>Provide consultative support on ETF liquidity, basket construction, and cross-border execution strategies.</li>\n <li>Partner closely with ETF Sales and Trading teams to drive revenue growth and expand client penetration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operational &amp; Product Expertise</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a subject matter expert across all aspects of the international ETF create/redeem lifecycle, including:&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Basket composition and validation</li>\n   <li>Settlement cycles and market-specific requirements</li>\n   <li>Coordination with custodians, administrators, and counterparties</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Troubleshoot operational issues and streamline end-to-end processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Market Structure &amp; Cross-Asset Knowledge</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Apply deep understanding of global equity market structure, trading conventions, and settlement practices across regions.</li>\n <li>Navigate complexities related to cross-border trading, local market nuances, and regulatory differences.</li>\n <li>Integrate FX considerations into ETF primary activity, including hedging, pricing, and execution impacts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technology &amp; Process Enhancement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with technology and electronic trading teams to enhance automation, tooling, and scalability of the platform.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development of systems supporting basket processing, execution, and reconciliation.</li>\n <li>Leverage data and analytics to improve efficiency, execution quality, and client outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5–10 years of experience within ETF trading, program trading, or equity derivatives, with a focus on ETF primary markets.</li>\n <li>Direct experience with international ETF creation/redemption processes required.</li>\n <li>Strong background in both execution and operational workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Expertise</p>\n<ul>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of ETF mechanics, particularly cross-border create/redeem processes.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of global equity market structure and settlement conventions.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with FX markets and their interaction with international ETF flows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong execution mindset with attention to detail in complex operational environments.</li>\n <li>Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.</li>\n <li>Collaborative approach, working across trading, sales, operations, and technology.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving orientation with a focus on process improvement and scalability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>New York, NY.
