    "jobDescription": "<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b><u>Position Description</u></b>:</p><p></p><p>Develops business and systems requirements, user interface design, data modeling, systems design, and systems interface specifications, using SQL and PL/SQL. Delivers solutions according to Agile product lifecycle methodologies. Develops new workflows or modifies existing workflows to meet business requirements. Executes analysis for medium-sized projects. Documents requirements, creates specifications, and makes design recommendations for medium-sized projects.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Works with business partners and technology partners to identify, review, define, interpret, and clarify scope of work in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.</li><li>Contributes to the analysis strategy for technology projects culminating in the creation of documentation to support project needs.</li><li>Recommends changes to existing systems design to achieve requirements and recommends designs for new systems based on requirements.</li><li>Documents objectives, use cases, requirements, and specifications.</li><li>Monitors documentation standards and best practices.</li><li>Collaborates with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to create process flows and data flow diagrams and wireframe screens.</li><li>Participates in and coordinates with a team on Agile ceremonies.</li><li>Recommends traceability improvements.</li><li>Establishes project plans for projects of moderate scope and works on multiple projects concurrently.</li><li>Works directly with the user community for project definition.</li><li>Communicates project plan information, objectives, and deliverables to the team.</li><li>Works on complex assignments and on multiple phases of a project.</li><li>Assists in defining analysis strategy.</li><li>Writes business cases for review.</li><li>Identifies and records risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions in accordance with project standards.</li><li>Participates in the review and validation of Quality Assurance test plans to ensure requirements have been met.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Education and Experience</u></b>:</p><p></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) analyzing requirements and data to contribute to Agile development of technology solutions in a financial services environment, using SQL, Jira, and Confluence.</p><p></p><p>Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) analyzing requirements and data to contribute to Agile development of technology solutions in a financial services environment, using SQL, Jira, and Confluence.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Skills and Knowledge</u></b>:</p><p></p><p>Candidate must also possess:</p><ul><li>Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) analyzing data to identify business insights or support software engineers in application development, using SQL queries within a Cloud environment (Amazon Web Services (AWS)).</li><li>DE developing dashboards and reports for data preparation and analysis to summarize data obtained from SQL queries within a Cloud environment (AWS), using PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>DE analyzing, prioritizing, and communicating business and functional requirements, using Jira; and analyzing and translating requirements to craft stories in support of developing technology solutions, using Microsoft Word.</li><li>DE performing data analysis, using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, back-log refinement, and demo and retrospective meetings, using Agile management tools (Jira) in daily scrum methodology.</li></ul><p></p><p>Salary:  $113,300.00 to $117,000.00/year.</p><p></p><p>#PE1M2</p><p>#LI-DNI</p><h2></h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2>Certifications:</h2><h2></h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2>Category:</h2><h2></h2>Information Technology<p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed by the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, ERISA, numerous state laws governing securities, investment and retirement-related financial activities and the rules and regulations of numerous self-regulatory organizations, including FINRA, among others.
