As an IT Product Owner for an agile backend team, you are responsible for maximizing the value delivered by your agile team within an Agile Release Train (ART).</p><p>You work closely with Business Owners, Product Management, System Architects, and other Product Owners to understand the vision and roadmap. You translate Features into well-defined Stories and ensure their successful delivery within Planning Intervals (PIs), contributing to a reliable and value-driven flow across domains.</p><p>As an IT Product Owner in a SAFe environment, you:</p><ul><li><p>Strongly influence the evolution of your domain and its technical roadmap</p></li><li><p>Translate product features into detailed technical user stories for backend services and domain logic</p></li><li><p>Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, structuring it into incremental releases</p></li><li><p>Define functional and non-functional acceptance criteria and ensure testability</p></li><li><p>Provide transparency on scope, status, risks, and dependencies</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with other Product Owners to identify integration points across domains and ensure product and release coherence</p></li><li><p>Lead and actively participate in all agile ceremonies</p></li><li><p>Track progress and address production issues during sprints</p></li><li><p>Analyze preferences and requests of internal stakeholders</p></li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li><p>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field</p></li><li><p>2–5 years of professional experience as IT Product Owner for agile teams</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and domain-driven system design</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of SAFe (team and program level), including ART ceremonies and PI planning</p></li><li><p>Strong in requirements analysis, story slicing and prioritization</p></li><li><p>Quality mindset (“shift left”: considering testability, NFRs, DoR/DoD from the start)</p></li><li><p>Strong facilitation and communication skills to align business and technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Very good communication skills in English – German is a plus - <span><strong>#LI-Remote</strong></span></p></li><li><p>Ability to lead a cross-functional development team</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, solution-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>Motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics</p></li><li><p>Genuine interest in the e-mobility industry</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with backend systems or domain-driven development is a plus</p></li></ul>"
