Production, Labeling, Curing and Shipping and Warehouse.  As a member of our team you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.  Our employees are the heartbeat of Rowe Casa.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We have Day, Evening and Overnight shifts available. We offer Full Time, Part Time, On Demand and Seasonal employment. This position is located in New Boston, TX.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Follow product recipes and processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of the proper manufacturing process</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to meet key deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of a commercial kitchen environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Safety minded</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good attitude and a team player</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Have understanding of measurements and recipes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to stand/walk for long periods of time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to lift 50lbs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in natural and organic product industry</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
